Refund policy

Returns

We're confident you'll love our products, but if you've changed your mind or the item you purchased is no longer what you were looking for, you can return it within 14 days of the delivery date.

Here's what you need to do:

1. Prepare your return

Place the item(s) back in their original packaging, making sure that all tags are still attached and that everything is in the same perfect condition as when you received it. Please note: the product must not have been worn or used.

Complete the return form with your details, place it inside the package, seal everything securely with adhesive tape, and make sure the parcel is properly closed.

2. Contact us

Send an email to shop@moqette.it with the subject line:

"RETURN – Your Name – Order Number"

Sending this email is mandatory in order to process your return request.

Our Customer Care team will then review and process your request.

3. Ship your parcel

Send your package using the courier of your choice to the following address:

Please note that return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.

What happens next?

Once we receive your return, our team will inspect the item to ensure it meets our return conditions.

Within 10 business days of receiving the parcel at our warehouse, we will process your refund using the same payment method you used for your original purchase. Please note that any original shipping charges or cash-on-delivery fees are non-refundable.

If you paid by cash on delivery (COD), please include your bank account details with the return form so that we can issue your refund via bank transfer.
