We are sure you will appreciate our garments, but if you have changed your mind or the garment you purchased no longer convinces you, you can exchange or return it within 14 days from the delivery date. Consult our policy.
Alternatively, instead of a return, you can request an exchange by notifying shop@moqette.it in advance.
In this case, once you have sent the exchange request email, no additional procedures will be necessary: we will arrange for the collection of the item to be returned at the time of delivery of the replacement item. You can then hand over the item to be exchanged directly to the courier upon receipt of the new item.
