Refund policy

We are confident that you will love your purchase, but if you have changed your mind or the item received does not meet your expectations, you can request a return within 14 days from the delivery date of your order.

Returned items must be in their original condition: unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and with all tags still attached. The product must be returned in its original packaging or in suitable packaging that ensures its protection during transit.

How to Make a Return

1. Prepare your package
Place the item in its original packaging, making sure it is complete with tags and in the same perfect condition as when received. Include the completed return form with your details inside the package, then securely seal it.

2. Contact us
Send your return request to the following email address → shop@moqette.it indicating the following subject:

RETURN – Name and Order Number

Email communication is required in order to proceed with the return. Our Customer Care team will take care of your request and provide any support needed throughout the process.

3. Ship the package
Send your return using the courier of your choice to the following address:

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless otherwise specified through a promotion or special conditions communicated by Moqette.

Exchanges

As an alternative to a return, you may request an exchange by contacting us in advance at → shop@moqette.it.

The exchange service is available only for orders placed in Italy and is free of charge.

Once we receive your request, no further action will be required from your side: we will arrange the collection of the item to be exchanged at the same time as the delivery of the replacement item. You can simply hand the item being exchanged directly to the courier upon receiving the new order.

Exchanges are subject to the availability of the requested item at the time the request is processed. If the desired item is no longer available, you may proceed with a return according to the conditions outlined above.

For international orders, only the return procedure is available, followed by a new purchase.

Refunds

Once we receive the package at our facility, our team will inspect the condition of the returned item within 10 business days from the delivery of the return.

If the return is approved, we will proceed with the refund of the amount paid using the same payment method used for the original order.

Any initial shipping costs and cash-on-delivery fees are not refundable.

For orders paid via cash on delivery, you will need to provide your bank details in the return form so that we can process the refund via bank transfer.
